Hi everyone! VROOOOOOOOM! There goes March. WHAT?! Yup. There goes March. It is downhill to winter for us from here…and it is that time of the month. No, not “that” time. At least payday was on Wednesday, whoop whoop! Today I have the March installment of the Nail Anarchy challenges to show you. This month it was Sanita’s turn to choose our theme. I haven’t linked to her blog, cos there is nothing there yet. I doubt that is going to change anytime soon…since she is pregnant and having a BOY in June, she hasn’t been painting her nails since just before she found out she was pregnant. I wonder what will happen to her polish collection….Anyhoo…she picked “Blue” as her theme. This didn’t surprise me since she is a fan of blue everything. Here is what I came up with:
I started off with my usual Tip Top base coat to protect my natural nails. I painted 2 coats of Rubybox For The Chill of It on my index and middle nails. Once that was dry I stamped over it with the left hand image on PUEEN 45 using Essie Coat Azure. On my ring an pinkie nails I painted 2 coats of China Glaze It’s a Trap-eze. Stop! In the name of love! This polish has been on my lust list since I fell in love with polish and discovered China Glaze. I simply couldn’t get it from my China Glaze supplier, they told me it had been discontinued and they couldn’t order it anymore. I then noticed some of my nail blogging comrades managed to get their hands on it recently and I asked my supplier to try and source it for me…and they did! This polish was on the lust list for 2 years! Needless to say, it did not even touch the untried shelf. I painted it only my nails the day I got it. It was TOTALLY worth the wait! It did not disappoint me ONE BIT. The formula is great, it has a stupendous glitter pay off and isn’t it just beautiful? I could go on…but in the interest of brevity, I’ll leave it at that 😉 I sealed everything in with a coat of Dashing Diva Top Seal.
I would love to hear what you think of this mani in the comments 🙂 Check out the inlinkz below to see what the other ladies came up with 🙂
