Blog Award!
I received this awesome blog award from HoneyB:
Thanks a million, Honey. You are pretty special yourself!
xx
And the rules are:
* I have to choose five other people who deserve it and pass the awards along
* Tell you seven random facts about me
* Let the people that you give the awards to know
* Thank the person who gave you the award
Seven things about myself:
1) An unread e-mail/notification will drive me CRAZY. MUST read it, or mark it unread. To the extent that I flag important e-mails for follow up the next day instead of leaving them unread on my Blackberry.
2) If I change the toilet paper it will turn anti-clockwise. Always.
3) Caffeine/Codeine does absolutely nothing for me. i.e. Coffee does not wake me up and Adcodols do not make me sleepy. I’m weird that way.
4) I love handbags and winter scarves, but I am too cheap to indulge this by buying countless numbers of these items. Besides, I’m not one of those chicks who will change handbags to match my outfit. I’ll buy a handbag and use it till it’s finished and then buy another one.
5) Sometimes I get so tired and overwhelmed by my tiredness that the only thing I can do to relieve my frustration is cry. After I’ve cried, I feel a bit better, pick myself up and carry on. This doesn’t happen often, mind you, but it happens.
6) Even though I love that people get to know me better this way, I hate making lists of random things about me.
7) Even though I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 10 years, irate customers still scare me. I put off having to deal with them until I absolutely have to. Yeah. Spineless.
5 other deserving bloggers:
alidaonline – I really enjoy her blog. She is one of the few I actually manage to read regularly. She is funny
ExMi – I have been reading her blog for ages and really enjoy her style of writing. I can almost hear her tone in her head.
Nicki Dadic – A newly discovered Twitter mom who is now finished waiting for Luca, but now waiting for Luca’s sibling
Christelle – I can think of a LOT of reasons you should read her blog. She is a truly wonderful mom and person and I love spending time with her. Very happy to have accidentally met her
Rubyletters – Another great Twitterer/blogger. Love the letter format of her blog
Am I done? I’m done! Yay!

AW! Thank you! This will be my post-birthday-lunch activity for tomorrow afternoon!!! You’re a honey – thanks again!!!
Well deserved!!!
I am exactly the same with handbags. Last year for my birthday was the first time ever that I had 2 bags that I loved and even then I ended up putting one away and now using the one till it is falling apart almost.
Have a great weekend (even though you are working!)
Ah thank you! I need to bookmark this so I don’t forget
I’ve given up on the handbag idea completely. I’m one of those who shoves my possessions in a pocket (or, even better in The Band’s pocket). I can’t bear a massive handbag full of crap so that you can never ever find what you’re looking for among random receipts and used tissues. All i need is a credit card, drivers license, keys and phone.
I’m with you on #3 & #4!
